1. How to Manage Files (File Management)
*Using the File Explorer:*
- *Step 1:* Open *File Explorer* by clicking on the *File Explorer* icon on the taskbar.
- *Step 2:* You will see a list of your folders. Click on any folder to view its contents.
*Creating Folders:*
- *Step 1:* Organize your files by creating new folders.
- *Step 2:* Open *File Explorer*, then click on *New Folder* (or press *Ctrl+Shift+N*).
- *Step 3:* Name your folder and press *Enter*.
*Moving, Renaming & Deleting Files:*
- *Step 1:* To move a file, drag and drop it into another folder.
- *Step 2:* To rename, right-click the file, then choose *Rename*.
- *Step 3:* To delete, right-click the file and select *Delete*.
*Searching Files:*
- *Step 1:* Click on the *Search* bar at the top of *File Explorer*.
- *Step 2:* Type the name of the file you're looking for and press *Enter*.

2. Network Setup
*Wi-Fi Settings:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Settings*.
- *Step 2:* Select *Network & Internet*.
- *Step 3:* Choose *Wi-Fi*, then click on your network.
- *Step 4:* Enter the password and click *Connect*.
*Ethernet Connection:*- *Step 1:* Connect an Ethernet cable to your computer.
- *Step 2:* Ensure the system detects and automatically connects to the Ethernet network.
*Modem Settings (For users with Modem):*
- *Step 1:* Open *Settings* and go to *Modem Settings*.
- *Step 2:* Enter the modem configuration and proceed with *Connect*.

3. Berry Store (App Store)
*Installing & Uninstalling Apps:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Berry Store* from the taskbar or menu.
- *Step 2:* Search for the app you want to download.
- *Step 3:* Click *Install* to download and install it on your computer.
- *Step 4:* To uninstall, go to *My Apps*, then click *Uninstall* on the app you want to remove.
*App Updates:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Berry Store*.
- *Step 2:* Go to *Updates*.
- *Step 3:* Select the apps that need updating and click *Update*.
*Purchasing Premium Apps:*
- *Step 1:* Search for the premium app you want to purchase in the *Berry Store*.
- *Step 2:* Click *Buy Now* and complete the payment through the available payment method.

*Setting Privacy Preferences:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Settings*.
- *Step 2:* Go to *Privacy*.
- *Step 3:* Here, you can control privacy settings like *Camera*, *Microphone*, and *Location*.
*Security Options:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Settings* and go to *Security*.- *Step 2:* Enable *Password* or *Fingerprint* for extra security on your computer.
*Firewall and Anti-virus:*
- *Step 1:* Open *Settings* and go to *Security*.
- *Step 2:* Enable *Firewall* and *Anti-virus* for additional protection.

*Sending & Receiving SMS:*
